Domestic Shipping Policy

All shipments are delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered to USPS every Tuesday and Friday if not the following day of processing completion.

 

For weekends and holidays, orders will still be processed within 2 business days, but delivery may be delayed based on the USPS recognized holidays and weekend services.

Shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

The tracking number to your package will be sent to you immediately following shipment processing. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Plante’s Innovations LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Plante’s Innovations LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion. To start the return process, send an email to PlantesInnovations@gmail.com describing why you wish to return the product purchased along with your name, the date the product was purchased, and a convenient phone number to reach you at. If a return is granted, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will be credited a full refund of the expense of the product purchased once the product is received. Details on where to ship the return will be communicated along with the preferred carrier to use. Please allow 4-6 business days to complete the return process.
